Why it holds up

Four things every tool here gives you

Answers that follow the standards

Subnets follow the RFCs. Hardware names come from the IEEE registry. 2FA codes follow RFC 6238, colour follows the CIE and WCAG formulas. Every calculation is checked against reference results by an automated test before it ships.

Fast on any device

Pages are light. There is no pile of extra files to wait for, so old devices and slow connections still work. Turn JavaScript off and most tools keep running. Every control is big enough to hit with a thumb.

Always up

IP location, DNS, WHOIS and map tiles all have to ask an outside service. Each one has at least two providers. If the first goes quiet the request moves to the next. You never see an error page.

What you type stays private

What you type into the calculators is never stored. QR images are decoded in your browser where the device supports it. Secrets and passwords kept in your vault are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to an advertiser.

How it works

Three steps, none of them sign-up

Pick a tool

Eight core tools sit in the sidebar. The rest live in the library, where a filter narrows the list as you type and matches on what a tool does, not only on its name.

Paste your data

Each tool takes several ways of writing the same thing. Cisco-style MACs, wildcard masks, 0x-prefixed numbers, dates written in words. Paste and go.

Read it, copy it, use it

Results come as clearly labelled tables. One click copies any of them. Create a free account if you want to keep them.

Pick a tool and try it

No sign-up needed. A free account only matters if you want to keep secrets, passwords and API keys.
